• The 1st essay about my 12 years at Privia Health was originally drafted on September 19, 2023, and went through 44 revisions before being published. The content idea was inspired by Lenny Rachitsky’s first essay from his time at AirBnb.

• The home page "letter” was heavily inspired by Jason Fried’s letters at 37signals (e.g. Once.com). He also has some unconventional ideas about work; to start, check out his book Rework.

• The website was created with SquareSpace and the artwork was created with MidJourney.
